12 weeks to conscious parenting
This is a 12-week journey in which we will in a first instance work on self-healing and identifying triggers, defining your boundaries, and addressing the big feelings. This will lay down the groundwork for then diving into the big topics of conscious parenting.
By the end of this course, you will know how to integrate boundaries, consistency, conscious language, self-awareness, healing, and self-care into your everyday life and have a lifetime community and support.
