I have helped hundreds of families with this approach that has been inspired by my own personal journey and my background in health and self-care.
As a parent, I realized this deep-rooted purpose and passion inside me around shifting the way we raise our children. This is a concept I live and breathe and continue to learn from my little girl every day.
